Project forwards - where I want to get to

  • Goals for work and life and role options

Plan - how will I get there

  • The Portfolio Planner Grid, Transition issues : time and money balance; impact on home and family; health and fitness; status and identity, Building the skills for success : business planning; networking; sales and marketing; time management

Implement - making it happen

  • Setting up your own business, Monitoring progress to meet goals, Marketing yourself and your business

Outcome

For the Executive -
