The HR staff had requested that a better and more cohesive way
of working together across business and functional areas was
developed.
Action
The Success Group designed and facilitated a two-day offsite
workshop for the HR Department. The event included re-developing
the team vision and mission, agreeing the team attributes and
actions that supported that vision and mission, and developing
personal commitment to change. The MBTI was used to increase
awareness of working preferences and illustrate possible sources of
conflict.
Outcome
After the workshop the client leader saw better use of working
time in meetings, reduced conflict around priorities and
responsibilities and higher motivation.
