The Global Coaching Partnership Ltd. (TGCP) is an established organisation of leading national Executive Coaching firms currently represented in 11 countries on 4 continents - Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, India, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, United Kingdom and the United States of America.
We have shared values, common high standards of professionalism
and well established practices which enable us to work successfully
with leading global organisations at the highest level. We believe

In over 10 years we have successfully managed cultural diversity
as well as the complexity of a global presence in the most

in empowering leaders and helping them accelerate business results.
Our coaches all have strong business credentials, as well as
professional coaching qualifications.
Whilst we have a high level of consistency in our practices, we
recognise the need for a degree of local flexibility. We have
learnt, over the years, to work in a way that combines the
